Soundview Construction Advisors provides advisory services and oversight to owners of high quality residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality construction projects, regardless of size, complexity, or location.
SCA's role is separate from those of the architect, engineer, construction manager, general contractor, and designer. Whereas these professionals are responsible for only their portion of a project, we oversee the entire project. As Owner Representatives, we advise and advocate for the owner at each step in the process while working as a team with these professionals.
Our approach involves rigorous strategy, negotiation, and oversight. We work to maximize control and efficiency, minimize costs and timelines, and ultimately provide the owner with a more enjoyable experience.
